Another School Shooting

Today there was a shooting at the campus of Northern Illinois University. Eighteen people were shot including the shooter who killed himself. Four of the victims are dead.

This is becoming ridiculous. For the past number of years, getting an education has become a risk. I'd like to know what was running through the mind of that monster.
